Wahaca’s pork pibil- at home and at Westfield

I recently spent a lot of time getting to know Wahaca‘s signature dish, pork pibil, as part of a blogger challenge with Westfield London. I had a go at making the dish at home then popped to the Westfield branch for dinner to compare the two.
